Hii This is what my 17 month old ate the other day - and to be honest my other 2 kids ate very similar - just a bit more. Daily rules I follow for my kids: ➡️Our meals are based around protein first, then fat, lastly carbs ➡️They have some for of red meat daily ➡️ Fermented food over supplements ➡️ No seed oils (worth paying the extra $ for clean products) We usually make our own tallow fries (recipe in my course) but this time we tried @honest_graze and they did not disappoint!
